HOW LONG IS SHIPPING AND WHICH COUNTRIES DO YOU SHIP TO?
Our production time is 7-days and we ship to the UK, USA, and most EU countries.
Delivery time varies depending on your location but is usually 5-7 days for most European countries and the UK. Please check delivery times at the checkout for your location.
ARE THERE ANY DUTIES OR TAXES TO PAY?
If you're ordering from the UK there are no fees to pay.
If you are a US or EU customer (Ireland, France, Germany, Italy, Portugal, Spain, Greece, Slovakia etc) please check your local government website for estimated import fees. *these usually don't exceed 15 euros for most EU countries.
DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?
We gladly accept returns on non personalised items however cannot accept returns on personalised orders. Items must be returned in the original unused condition within 28 days of delivery.
WHERE ARE YOUR BASKETS PRODUCED?
Our baskets are sourced in Morocco and are all made by hand by our skilled artisans. The leather is handcrafted and added in our workshop in Spain and we personalise each order individually in our UK studio making each one completely unique! Please note as all our baskets are crafted by hand from natural materials, there may be slight variations in size, colour or shape which we think adds to the charm of our products as nothing is mass produced.
